Refund Policy

At Dr RK Health, we aim to ensure your satisfaction with our healthcare services. If for any reason you are not satisfied or are unable to use a booked service, our refund policy is outlined below.

Eligibility for Refunds

You may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

  • Appointment Cancellation: Full refund if cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled consultation. Partial refund (up to 50%) if cancelled less than 24 hours in advance.
  • Service Not Delivered: If a consultation, diagnostic service, or other paid service was not provided due to an error or cancellation by DRRK Health, a full refund will be issued.
  • Duplicate Payment: If a customer is charged twice for the same service, the duplicate payment will be refunded in full.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be granted in the following situations:

  • Missed appointments without prior notice
  • Dissatisfaction due to consultation advice or treatment outcome (as healthcare results may vary)
  • Services that have already been fully delivered

Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed and credited within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method used during booking.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is initiated.
